The Zoobombs - Horseshoe Tavern, Nov 28th, 2010

Sorry about the lack of video/images. I was not wasting my time trying to capture something that "you just had to be there for". Every Zoobomb show is like watching a spiritualistic ritual unfold. Don Matsuo should be recognized as one of the all-time greatest front-men of rock n roll. He has complete control of everything in earshot from him. And it's a long earshot. The Zoobombs were explosive, subtle, loving, aggressive and appreciative on the wings of an almost seamless set that carried the crowd through the dynamic highs and lows. Free/acid-jazz/rock/funk/punk/blues/rockX2.
goodnight.

Sandman Viper Command, Silver Dollar, Oct. 1st

By the jeez these boys were givin' er.  Young, talented, handsome, creative, they had it all. Potential oozed. Creative catchy pop riffs mashed with some angsty blues and a killer mustache. From  Burlington too? Damn good. The kick drum was held onstage by a single cinder block that earned its paycheck. Mature, tight live show. Here's some flipcam footage. I think the mic in camera couldn't handle the rock n roll volume.
